At FixPhone, we stand firmly behind our repairs! If your device experiences a manufacturer defect (excluding damage from accidents or misuse), we will repair it free of charge within 60 days of your original repair.

- Defects in parts or workmanship related to the manufacturer
- Issues arising from the original repair performed by FixPhone
❌ What’s NOT Covered:
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse
- Problems arising from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Issues occurring after the 60-day warranty period
How to Claim Your Warranty:
Contact our support team with your repair receipt and a description of the issue. We’ll assess your claim and arrange a free repair if it qualifies under the warranty.
