I came in on a Monday around late lunch time after being in the Apple store for 2 hrs without any progress on getting my screen fixed. As I was leaving I seen this store and decided to just see what a quote would be from them. (Apple quoted me over $500 for front camera and screen). I came in immediately he gave me a quote of $160. He did not have the screen he needed for my phone since it is an older phone so he told me to come back tomorrow and he fixed it within 15min. Everyone in the store was very nice and inviting. I would 100% recommend.

I took my Apple Watch in to have the battery replaced. I also purchased a new watch band for it. I left very satisfied. Unfortunately, I got home there was an issue. Once I brought this to their attention the matter was resolved. I can’t thank Fix Phone enough. I got the battery replaced AND didn’t have to deal with the A store. Real customer service begins when there is an issue and these guy stepped up and provided excellent service. Thank you.

This place is absolutely amazing. They were able to fix my phone in less than an hour, when other repair places didn’t even bother looking at the issue. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making the already short wait time simply breeze by. They are my new first option for any phone repairs, as they’re willing to work with the customer and figure out options that other places might not bother trying. The store itself is clean, and location is perfect, as it’s in the mall, so if you want to shop while waiting, you can.
